Who needs your donation — and why?

Anyone can find themselves without strength and without support.

The moment when you fall and can’t get up on your own can happen to anyone.
In such difficult times, psychotherapy — or even a few consultations — can give a person a chance to recover, to start anew, or to make meaningful changes in life.

Why am I doing this?

My core values are — solidarity and professional openness.

Support should be accessible to everyone, not only to those who can afford it.
Professional psychological help is not a privilege for the few, nor a fashionable attribute of the “successful,” but a basic human need in today’s world
Mental health is not a matter of social class, but a fundamental human right
Because anyone can fall — regardless of status, education, or social standing

Solidarity — this is what makes us a society

This project exists to ensure that every donation becomes real support for someone who is struggling today — for the one who has fallen and needs a hand extended in time.

How it works:

You make a donation
The funds go into a shared support pool via Patreon or BuyMeACoffee

Application
A person in crisis submits a short, anonymous, and confidential application on the website
Selection
I personally review all applications.
Priority is given to those who are in the most difficult situations
Sessions
Selected participants receive from 1 to 15 consultations — fully or partially funded by donations, depending on their financial situation
Reporting
Each month, an open Google Sheet is updated with data showing how much has been collected, how much has been used, and how many people have already received support

My principles:

Accessibility
Therapy is open to anyone who submits an application

Transparency
All donations are reflected in open reports

Quality
All sessions are conducted personally by me — a psychoanalyst and clinical psychologist with international experience

and answer a few simple questions.
This will help assess your situation and level of need, as well as determine what kind of support can be provided — and within what timeframe.
Wait for confirmation of participation

Once you have filled out the form, I will personally review your application.
Priority is given to those who are in the most difficult situations, so the waiting list is formed according to the level of need.
You will receive a reply at the email address you provided within a few days.
Agree on the schedule of sessions according to the waiting list

I dedicate up to 5 hours per week to social work.
Within this limit, the schedule and waiting list are formed with agreed start dates for consultations.

About the Project

I am Ievgeniia Iaremenko, a professional psychologist, and this is my social initiative built on my clinical and institutional experience, as well as on a fundamental principle: psychotherapy should be accessible to everyone, not only to those who can afford it. The right to mental health is not a privilege — it is a necessary condition for a person’s dignity and a decent life in society.

That is why part of my work is dedicated to social sessions. Applications are reviewed based on ethical criteria and the level of need, with priority given to people facing particularly difficult circumstances, often in cooperation with initiatives and communities that support people in crisis. All activities are accompanied by transparent reporting to ensure that every contribution is used responsibly to provide real support.

My professional experience and knowledge are at the core of this project — to ensure that support remains professional, independent, and accessible. It is your donations that make it possible to combine professional psychological help with openness to those who need it the most.

The value of your participation:

what you gain by supporting the project
  • You become a sponsor of a project that truly changes people’s lives
  • Even a single timely session can become a turning point in someone’s life
  • Your contribution covers consultations for those who are currently in crisis
  • Each contribution becomes part of a shared system that works both locally and globally: today you help someone else, tomorrow this ecosystem may support you or someone close to you
  • You are investing in the development of an independent, ethical psychology that guarantees the right to mental health regardless of a person’s income or social status
  • Your donation strengthens the culture of solidarity and mutual support — the foundation of a healthy society
